Thank you for choosing The Doodle Baker! We strive to provide beautiful, delicious custom treats for your special events. Please review our policy regarding refunds and returns:
* Custom Orders: Since our cookies are custom-designed and made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
* Order Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@thedoodlebaker.com within 24 hours of receiving your treats. Please include your order number and photos of the product so we can better assist you.
* Cancellations: NO Cancelletaions accepted after placing your order!
