How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend submitting your inquiry 2-3 weeks before your event date. Because all of our custom sugar cookies are handcrafted to order, our baking calendar fills up quickly, especially during peak holiday and graduation seasons.

Where do you deliver, and is there a delivery fee?

We offer free local delivery to homes, event venues, and offices in Melissa, McKinney, and Anna, TX. We also deliver to surrounding  areas, including Plano, Prosper, and Frisco (a small mileage fee may apply outside our core service zone).

What flavors do you offer?

Our standard custom cookies are made with our popular Signature Vanilla Bean sugar cookie recipe topped with sweet royal icing. We also offer Classic Almond, and Rich Chocolate Sugar Cookie,  upon request.

How long do your custom sugar cookies stay fresh?

Every  cookie is individually packed in clear, food-safe packaging. Kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat, your cookies will stay soft and delicious for up to 14 days.

Can you match my specific event theme, colors, or invitation?

Yes! Send us your party invitations, color swatches, Pinterest boards, or theme ideas when you submit your inquiry, and we will translate your vision into edible artwork.

Do you offer gluten-free, nut-free, or allergen-friendly options?

The Doodle Baker operates as a Texas Cottage Food bakery. While we clean and sanitize our kitchen rigorously, our equipment handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, and tree nuts (almond extract). We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for severe allergies.

How do I pay and confirm my custom order?

Once we review your inquiry and confirm date availability, we will send you a digital invoice.  All orders require a  payment in full  to secure your date on our baking calendar. To get started, please fill out the Inquiry Form or send us an email at hello@thedoodlebaker.com.
